HBO.Adware.Estalive

After being infected with spyware I bought Panda ActiveScan Pro, Spyware Doctor and Bitdefender v10, my computer went pretty well for a couple weeks but suddenly it started to perform erratically, specially logging to the internet although I have a ADSL connection it also wouldn't let me change my wallpaper. After running Spyware Doctor and Panda ActiveScan Pro they showed no results but Bitdefender v10 showed an infection of HBO.Adware.Estalive but rerunning each of this 3 programs a thousand times I can not get rid of it. I'm crying for suggestions.

robertorsgfr- The Panda scan log would be named activescan.txt if you did not change the settings for the save part-

Start>Search> All Files and Folders> type in activescan.txt

Copy and Paste the contents of the file to a Reply, or attach it to your Reply.
