Having multiple issues after re-installing windows 10

my windows search bar doesn't work, fortunatly I found a fix, which is putting this code into Powershell "C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe" but unfortunatly I need to do it everytime I restart my computer. On top of this (and an even greater issue) is my audio services are unresponsive even though I have restarted them in "services.msc" and it says they are running and on automatic, I have re-installed all the newest sound drivers and still nothing, I don't really know what else to try.

In Windows Explorer Right Click your C: Drive, select Properties, Tools, Check Now, Scan for and...bad sectors. (This will run chkdsk /f). It will probably say the drive is in use so choose SCHEDULE DISK CHECK. This could take an hour or so depending on the size of the drive. So if thee isn't a problem with the drive then you might have some sort of virus infection. Do you have antivirus running? Is it free or paid? If that isn't it I would suggest backing up all your data and erase/reinstall windows. Let me know where you stand....
