Hauppauge 150 wintv pvr pci 2 (26xxx)

I have the above tv card installed in my computer and for the past year it has been functioning perfectly but in the last few days i noticed i was getting the error in the bottom right saying mce was unable to record, so i went into mce and found that mce could not find my tv card, i tried reinstalling the drivers for the card, this did not work, i have tried taking the card out of the pc. booting up and then shutting down and reinstalling the tv card, this hasnt helped. I am totaly lost on what to try now, i even downloaded these two programs, one that clears mce off everything u have ever done and resets it back to factory settings and then i tried to set it up again, my card is not recognised, i have also got a mce tuner priority program that should let me choose what tv card i would like to use with mce but that does not even see that a card is installed. I know the card is working because i tried it with wintv2000 and was able to find some channels. People have been giving me different web address for different drivers, i have tried them all, i just dont know what to do, someone please help.
