I built a system for a friend and i put windows on a 60gb solid state and got a 1.5tb just for storage so my question is every time something is saved it gets saved to both hard drives and then the solid state always gets full and you cant save anymore so is there a way to block off the solid state from being saved to?

Don't think there is any way of blocking off the SSD (I have a similar setup and have looked), but your issue of things saving to both drives seems odd. Are they being saved twice automatically, or are they being copied by the user? Also have you properly moved the documents folder, pictures folder, etc. to the HDD?

Here is a post that was helpful to me when installing my SSD (scroll down to the 3rd post):

Might be alittle of both, maybe i missed moving a folder fron the ssd to the other one. And she is probably saving to the wrong one as well. I will check it out.
