Hard drive errors

About six months ago I started getting messages that ScanDisk, in Windows Me, found and corrected errors on my hard drive. The drive is almost four years old and had never shown any errors on my weekly scans till six months ago and now it has them on every scan.
The drive is a Quantum Fireball P LM30.0 and makes no strange noises nor exhibits any weird behavior. I have run the HDD Health utility on it and all parameters are within limits.
Is the drive on the way out and the utility just didn't pick it up, or am I just being paranoid?
I don't know if it will make any difference, but I have enclosed the log of the latest scan.

Thanks for your thoughts...
