half life 2 error message

i have been playin half life 2 for about a week now and today everytime i try to run the game it gives me and error message "The game is currently unavailable please try again another time" i really want to start playin again cause im near the end of the game

thats usually just a temporary steam error. exit and log back in, try it again. if not, search for the file ClientRegistry.blob, and delete it. start steam again.

does it happen every time you start any steam game?
