Gta iv won't launch

I am having a very annoying problem recently i bought gta iv and the dlc that came with it on my Windows 10 home laptop it worked fine for a couple of days then it lauched normally a social club window opens then i press play like i normaly do the game disappears and nothing appears please can someone help me and thank you.
