GT730 Suddenly stop working

So, recently i bought a GeForce FORSA GT730 and installed it to my computer.
it worked well, but suddenly it stopped working. well, not stopped working but stopped displaying i guess? my monitor detected no signal from the VGA, but it worked just fine with my mainboard vga. the music i was playing while the vga stopped is still playing until i shut it down.

Can anyone help?

If it's still under warranty I would take/send it back for replacement or a refund.
