Gridlines on Access

1091 Views 2 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  downwitchyobadself
I have recently purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2000 with Access 9.0.0.3822. Previously I used Microsoft Office Professional for Windows 95 with Access 7.0.0.100
When I convert a file created on Version 7 to Version 9 I seem to lose the ability to print a simple Table or Query with gridlines. A new file is no problem; gridlines can be printed. Can you tell me how to print gridlines on the converted files please.

could always use the office links button to export it out to excel and then make all the lines you want there...
Hmm... I don't have 95, so can't test what you're talking about. I would first try making a new db file in 2000, and importing all the objects from the converted file, to see if that does it. (It's quite rapid.)

You might also try a Compact & Repair (Tools > DB Utilities).
