I had to reinstall my operating system (Windows XP Media Center), and now i don't seem to have a graphics card. i looked inside my computer and couldn't figure it out. im not really sure what to do.

i had intel express family chipset before the reinstallation.

Your desktop has an on-board graphics chip built into the motherboard and doesn't have an actual graphics card in a PCI or AGP slot - which is why you can't find it.

What's the brand name, model name, and model number of that desktop?

If it's a Dell, what's the service tag number?

"Intel Express Chipset Family" tells us it's an Intel graphics chipset, but the chipset number is needed in order to obtain the correct driver.
