I installed a ATI Radeon graphics card in Dell Deminsion 3000.In the start menu in the options level of the card,...can some one please tell me what this phrase means...Restart Runtime.Its an option entry tab.Thank you very much,...Robert

The ATI Catalyst software normally loads automatically upon startup of the computer. However, if you like, you can force it to not load during startup, and use that link to start the software. It is also used if the ATI software crashes for some reason, so you can start it all back up easily with one link.
