I want to know what graphic cards I have in detail and how is it good or bad?

Google for the Name shown in your directX screen. Because 3rd party manufacturers make GPU cards, utlimately you have to have the package box to know who made it.

If you go to (in Windows), search in taskbar, type in winows info, then components, Display.....this will tell you the actual make/model.

You have a AMD Readon 540, which is pretty old. Then all the info for it seems to indicate it's for laptops. So, is this a laptop?

You don't have a graphics card. You have a chip soldered on the motherboard.
