You need to be a LOT more precise when you list parts. Post the exact motherboard, and exact video card. There are a LOT of rx570s.
The first thing I see is a vs pw supply. The vs series from corsair is the very lowest quality corsair sells. It is intended for a basic build; not running a gaming card.
What are your voltages; specifically 12V, 5V, and 3.3V values? Most motherboard mfg have purpose designed monitoring software for just this task however since we have no idea what motherboard you are running, it is impossible to tell you what to install so you can monitor the temps/voltages.
