Google Voice is a different number and not associated to your cellphone number that I am aware of. You will need to check your phone provider to see if they have option to screen calls.

Google Voice
Google only screens my calls if the caller calls my Google Voice number. I need my calls to be screened when the caller calls my regular iPhone number so I know if I want to pick up or not. They don't seem to be synced.

My boss gets a bunch of random callers, so she's trying to get it so Google Voice lets her know who's calling so she can decide to pick up or not. There's no way to do that?

One possible option is to have your boss forward all calls to the Google Voice number and then I believe that would work.

Have your boss contact the vendor of the cellphone service to provide the information to forward the calls.

I think I've finally got it (I don't have Verizon so can't try myself). So I'm going to 1) Use online instructions to set up call forwarding via Verizon. I'm going to have my Verizon calls forwarded to my Google Voice number. 2) Set up call screening on Google Voice.
Do you think this should work for my purpose: Screening calls to see who's calling to see if my boss want to pick up or not?
