Hey techguy.org so my chrome keeps showing a black screen for a few seconds whenever i open a new tab and it has never did that in the past but when i minimize chrome it doesnt show the black screen it only happens in full screen when opening a new tab and also when i change the compatibility mode for chrome it stopped showing the black screen but after opening chrome the compatibility mode turns it self off so i need some help please
