Google and YouTube inaccessible ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I regularly use Microsoft Edge for browsing the net and watching YouTube videos mostly, but suddenly 3 days back YouTube stopped working, giving an error

This page isn't working right now
www.youtube.com didn't send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I was confused and copy pasted it on my search bar and tried to google the error and find fixes but to my surprise, the same happened with google as well

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I checked on my phone if google was down, but found out everything was working fine on my phone.

At this point, I expected everything else to not work as well and if that was the case, I would have concluded that something's wrong with Edge, but again to my surprise, I was able to open all the links on my bookmarks without any trouble ( except YouTube and Google links).
Also if I type the full domain name, with www and . com/org etc. I am able to access all the websites (again, except YT and Google).

Next, I decided to try out if things are working on Chrome. So I opened it tried to open YT, but here, the page wasn't even loading up. It didn't even show me any error. I tried out typing in other websites and nothing happened at all. Chrome is practically obsolete.

After restarting the computer, I was able to open YT and Google started working normally too. Just as I was getting relieved, after 4-5 minutes my attempt to change the video was ignored by YT and after refreshing, I was back to the same error (ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE), again in both YT and Google.

And that is what has been happening.
I tried many tutorials on YT ( watched on my phone) for ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE , most of them said it had something to do with firewall. I tried out what told me to do but either it didn't work or I did some step wrongly. Clearing cache didn't work either.

TL;DR- All the browsers on my PC are either not working at all or are working in extremely weird ways.
Google and YouTube inaccessible after 4-5 min. of restarting the PC

Feel free to ask for any more info. Please help me out!
Why is this happening to me? Is Google trying to block me?

Your Windows 10 is not fully up to date. Run Windows Update and install all the updates, then restart and run Widows Update again, repeat until no new updates are found. Then see if the problem is still there.

Yeah, there was a security update. I just updated. Now I'll restart and check if everything is fixed. Edit- Grammatical error

Update- This time it worked for about a minute more than it usually did, but eventually gave me the same error.
Still looking for help...
Update 2- I tried working with Chrome again, this time around, it is showing me the error

Since Edge and Chrome are based on the same engine, have you tried a completely different browser?

No, I didn't do that yet. Will try and give an update on my status.
Update 3 Ok, so I tried opening YT on Firefox, after doing a fresh install. This time the error reported was a lot more elaborate, but I still don't quite get what I'm supposed to do. Please help out in decoding and fixing the following-

Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to www.youtube.com because this website requires a secure connection.

What can you do about it?

www.youtube.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can't add an exception to visit this site.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it.

If you are on a corporate network or using anti-virus software, you can reach out to the support teams for assistance. You can also notify the website's administrator about the problem.

Is there a particular YouTube url?

Who is your ISP? Have you tried changing the DNS value?

Yeah, it does work fine for a particular time period after rebooting. After that, it abruptly gives this error, either while changing the video or after reloading the page. Same goes for google. For that particular time window, I can make searches normally, but after that it just gives me this error.

I'm using the usual YT URL- www.youtube.com
My ISP is called "Airtel"
What is DNS? How can I change it's value and to what value should I change it?
Sorry, I don't know how prepaid cell data ISPs work.

It's not prepaid cell data. I do have a connection (router) at my home. I connect it with my pc through an ethernet cable, like normal people do.
Airtel uses the following DNS: 125.22. 47.125
and yet I found this which gives different values

See what you have as DNS and write it down.
Then change it to Open DNS or Google DNS and see if you can get to the sites.

Everything's working on google DNS, apparently. I am very grateful for your help. Thank you!
Glad you are able to get it sorted out. (y)
