They've just removed the link due to controversy about it. They've crossed out the text that refers to it.

Thanks, Karen.....there is another site, https://haveibeenpwned.com/, that is also being used to verify. It would appear that the majority of the passwords are older, but still, it's a wise idea to change them if you use them.
