I'm having a bit of an issue. I have an image that was created on a 90Gb drive, which I need to restore to the same mchine but the disk has been replaced by a 40Gb.

I'm getting the following errors in the ghosterr.txt file:
Int13 error: controller failure
IDE application error: BSY bit stuck on (0x03) (which I believe relates to a sector buffer error)

They are both repeated under the DiskManager Diagnostic Fixed Drives heading.

Am using Ghost V10 by the way.

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks Rob,

I did wonder as I've done some investigation and some sites have said that as long as the data within the image is less than the size of the hard drive then it should image ok.

I was wondering if it was worth clearing the BSY bit somehow, to allow the next command through. Found some assembler code to compile but that's a little beyond me.
