The "standard" games, you know solitare and stuff, that are part of the typical OS install are now missing from my computer. It's an XP that I have had for several years. I just happened to go looking for solitare one afternoon, while "on hold" and they were all gone.
Start/Programs/Games and the box says empty. I know that they were there, but can't really say how long ago it was when I played any of them.
I am the only person with access to this computer and I didn't do anything to delete them. How can they just go away? How can I get them back?

Had the same thing happen a while back. Don't know why. Probably a quirk of Windows.

Had to go into the System32 directory and make shortcuts to the games. Placed the shortcuts in the games folder on the all programs menu.

Pinball is in Program Files\Windows Nt.

Only way I knew at that time to get the games back.
