FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.
* What went wrong:

> failed to find target with hash string 'android-23' in: C:\Users\Josh\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk
It fails to build an APK I have all of the settings correct and have tried the fixes online and they didn't work, any help is greatly appreciated, I will also do a TeamViewer session if needed.
Using Windows 10
MSI GP62 6QF Leopard Pro
Specs:
CPU = Intel Quad Core i7-6700HQ Quad Core 2.6GHz - Turbo 3.5GHz
GPU = Nvidia Geforce GTX 960M
