After my gadgets were not displaying correctly, I found a solution online. I ended the sidebar.exe process, went to Regedit, deleted the key [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones], and then restarted the sidebar.exe again.

This fixed my problem. I finally was able to see the gadgets again. However, my new problem is that the gadgets that access the internet (e.g. Weather, Facebook, Pandora, etc.) are....NOT.

How can I get these to access the internet again?
