Yes I have and the guy was a jerk to me the whole time. He said he can access it on his computer. I was wondering maybe I did something with the folder settings or something. Please help.

Please click the link below for your operating system to download the TSG SysInfo Utility. Click on "Save File" then double-click the file to run it. Copy and paste the report in your initial post. FTP Help
I'm not sure if this should be here, but I run my own website and I use an FTP folder. A couple weeks ago I could access my FTP folder no problem, but now I can't get into it at all. I've even tried using SmartFTP and WS FTP, but I still can not access it. But the funny this is... I can access my FTP folder on other computers but not mine. I need some help, I my website is dying cuz I can not update it.
Maybe there's something I did with the folder settings or what, I just need to get it fixed right away.
