I'm not sure if this should be here, but I run my own website and I use an FTP folder. A couple weeks ago I could access my FTP folder no problem, but now I can't get into it at all. I've even tried using SmartFTP and WS FTP, but I still can not access it. But the funny this is... I can access my FTP folder on other computers but not mine. I need some help, I my website is dying cuz I can not update it.

Maybe there's something I did with the folder settings or what, I just need to get it fixed right away.

Yes I have and the guy was a jerk to me the whole time. He said he can access it on his computer. I was wondering maybe I did something with the folder settings or something. Please help.

Do you have File Manager or something like that as an alternative to FTP? Also, do you have Control Panel to manage your hosting?

BTW, I will suggest a change of hosting service provider. You can't remain stuck with someone who's server is not giving you optimum service and still doesn't answer you.

Who controls the domain name? Will you be able to change the domain name servers? Changing hosts can take about 48 hours.
