Hi all,

A friend is having trouble gaining access to certain forums and the only link between them is they are all phpBB's. She is able to access the home pages of these websites but as soon as she clicks the links to open the related forums, she gets the following message:-

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.

Now, she is definately connected to the internet as she can access all other pages and I'm talking to her on MSN. I've asked her to clear her cache, empty all cookies, temp files, etc with the hopes that that would fix the problem but no suck luck. One thing I should mention is she WAS able to access the forums through links to certain threads I copied her but she's no longer able to do that either.

Any idea what I can do to fix the prob?

Tell her to try firefox.
