Frequent blue screens in the middle of games

So my computer keeps blue screening at first I thought it was just overwatch but then it happened when I was playing Witcher 3 I rolled back my drivers because I read that the latest NVIDIA drivers are unstable and it still happens I don't know if it's because I have kind of a ridiculous set-up I have 2 GeForce GTX 980 Ti I'm currently using version 361.43 nVIDIA drivers and I have 6 monitors please help

Did you change anything before this stared happening? Are you overclocking your GPU, CPU or RAM? What is the code that shows in the blue screen?
