So I was playing Counter-Strike, and was messing around with the resolutions on the game. I forgot which resolution I switched to; it was some where around the 7XX by XXX. Anyways, after I changed to that resolution my monitor went black screen and gave me a message saying, "Frequency Out Of Range". Even though it's black screened I can still move the mouse around and here the sound effects but I can't see anything. I'm pretty sure that it's the resolution I changed to because my video card (GeForce 7900 GT) doesn't support that resolution. Anyways if any one of you guys could help me out, that would be nice.

Hey, NVM I fixed the problem already. I had to run it in windows mode. Alt+Enter doesn't work in game, you have to manually set it in game. However, reading other threads I found out how to run a game window mode. So here's what I did:

1) Right click Counter-Strike desktop shortcut
2) Properties
3) It should say: ["C:\Program Files\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 10] add a -window to the end of that statement.
4) It should then say: ["C:\Program Files\Steam\steam.exe" -applaunch 10 -window]
5) Run the game, and it should run in window mode.

So after I ran it, I just changed back the resolution and problem fixed.
