Hi guys,

My computer keeps freezing when I play games. It stops responding after a few minutes into them or an hr or 2, kinda random to me. I can press a million keys, wait til christmas, grill some burgers n drink a beer n i'tll still be frozen when I get back. This happened when I was playing riddick, call of duty and a few other games recently... didn't happen with prince of persia 2 , rome total war n that new vampire game, which are more demanding games in terms of performance, aren't they?? .... hmmm but I played the latter before my machine started to mess up.. so I dunno if it's the games or some new prob with my computer or what. It only seems to happen when I play games, not my other software.. I use a lot of graphics, music production stuff, none of which give me probs, so games r the only trend I see.

my computer did that with call of Duty as well, until i DLed catalyst 4.12 (only for ATI cards)

other versions of catalyst seem to be full of problems

Thanks guys. I had catalyst 4.11 or something, I've just installed 05.1, it seems to be working fine so far. I hope it stays this way Thanks once again. :up:
