You may remove this entry from HJT:
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {339BB23F-A864-48C0-A59F-29EA915965EC} - (no file)

Also, the file mentioned by cybertech and these entry look suspicious..

O12 - Plugin for 4y20H8xhp44N27EBxwWA4eNFvm3fClLd8B72NaR|2866916264733972153/174326028/6/8001/8001/7002/7002/8001/-1|-1449796509646493795/174326032/6/8001/8001: C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~1\PLUGINS\nppdf32.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cidtaemon.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\cidtaemon.exe

Click on the below link, and navigate and upload each of the following files, and post back with results.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\cidtaemon.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ezkeyex.exe
C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~1\PLUGINS\nppdf32.dll <-This entry is most scrambled, but is most likely to be C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\PLUGINS[/b]
