My PC freezes up at least once evry two times I turn it on, I had to turn it off and on again,I keep doing this untill it starts properly. I downloaded
SPYBOT
ADAWARE
to help solve the problem, so I can post the the scanned Log using hijackthis,after I ran both spybot and adaware they found 108 problems so I agreed to cancle them, when I tryed to access the internet I got this message ( norton anti virus is unable to start e-mail protection. please insure that TCP/IP is installed and port 110 is available.) I contacted my Internet provider they said everything is running ok their side they told me something rong with my PC. So I restored & recoverd all the files that been deleted by spybot & adaware. the problem solved I can get access to the internet now.
Can you please tell me why this happened and how to get red of the freezing up problem thank you all. Fouzi.

Rerun Hijack this and post the log, the fact that you had a problem suggests that you may have a winsock2 problem caused by spyware and repaired by spybot or adaware

Hello, I posted on the other post that you gave about your computer not booting correctly, and the spyware problem. You should contain all of your problems Within one thread, to better the information so that we may help you.

It may be that you're deletion of the spyware on your computer messed up your Winsock2. This is a sneaky side effect of uninstalling the spyware that some companies pull.

First, download this:
http://members.shaw.ca/installations/WinsockFix.zip

Then redo all of the steps you were given in your other thread, then once your computer is clean, use that to fix your winsock. If something goes wrong, restore back and let us know on this thread.

I'll let the others deal with your HijackThis log, but you need to seriously trim down your startup load. The smaller the startup load, the less problems your computer will have and the better it will run. Read here.

In other words, download that file, then go back to your other thread that you made in which people helped you with what to clean, and do what you did before that messed up your internet, than use that file to fix the internet.
