Freeview TV Guide

Hi

I wondered whether anybody knew of a program that i can download that will automatically update TV listings for UK Freeview channels

i just use the radio times sites
http://www.radiotimes.com/ListingsS....jsp&jspError=/jsp/error.jsp&listingsFormat=G

and selected "My Channels" to be the freeview channels
