First rig won't POST

I've just built my first rig, however, I can't get it to boot whatsoever. I double checked my wiring, and had someone more experienced check it again to confirm there's no issue there. All the fans and LED strips light up, except for the CPU fan (even though it's plugged into the right spot). I took the graphics card out and tested it in my brother's PC, and there's no issue there. The only thing I can think of is maybe it's the motherboard, but if it were the motherboard, wouldn't that keep the LED and case fans from spinning? (Sorry, like I said, it's my first rig, so if that's not the case with motherboards, I'm just painfully unaware) Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Post a list of the hardware in your computer please, Motherboard, Cpu, Ram, Graphics card, Monitor and Power Supply.

What connectors are on the cable from the Graphics card to the Monitor ?

As Allan said above, you need to post ALL of your exact specs. Do not post "500W pw supply" Post the exact brand and model# Do that for ALL of your parts.

Next have you read the guide at the top of the hw forum for problem builds? If not, do so.
