This only happens on some sites, not all.

When I go to do a Find (Ctrl+F) I get the correct popup box, and I enter the word I'm looking for. But when I click on Find Next I get this message:

_______________________________________________
"An Error has occured in this dialog.

Error: 104
Object doesn't support this property or method"

I did the same search on 4 different sites, and it only came up on one.

Do you use Windows Defender? I think this is an issue caused by Defender.

If you have Windows Defender it will be listed (all by itself) under START\All Programs list. It does not appear in the System tray (down by the clock) unless it requires an action by the user, meaning you. I was just looking again at your problem with the "find". It got me to thinking, after all the years I have been using computers, I have never used the find feature in IE. I have in Windows many times but never in IE. I need to ask. What or why do you use it?

NOTE: The purpose of Windows Defender is to prevent malware. spyware, etc etc
