I need help reinstalling lexmark printer X75, the file lxbbaiox.exe is not found and can not copy or scan

If it asks for the file then you might be able to find it in the drivers software CD that can with the Lexmark printer. If you can’t browse for it then use totally uninstall then re-install the drivers for the printer. Just disconnect it, go to add/remove programs and delete the printer (look in “printers” to make sure its gone) then reconnect the printer and re-install the software. That should do it…
