My wife is currently conducting a job search. This involves her emailing me at work, and telling me where she needs her resume faxed.
Does anyone know of any software for faxing directly from our home PC?
Win XP, P4, cable modem.

Upon further review--these are not FREE programs (if that matters).

You will probably need a separate phone line. I may be wrong, but I don't think you can fax from a 'cable connection'.

If your pc has a fax modem, you probably can hook up to your home phone line.

You definitely need a phone line and Winfax is the best. You can fax by e-mail with a program like E Fax
