earlier today i was watching some videos on
http://www.wtso.net/ (watch the simpsons online, never had problems before) and upon minimizing from full screen i had 2 new icons on my system tray that relate to a program, antimalware doctor.
they keep loading and doing fake scans at startup and occasionally minimizing all programs and then after 10 seconds saying i am under attack from hackers.
on top of this randomly while browsing i get redirected to a random page like "win a sony laptop" etc.
i use firefox for browsing.
i am assuming trojan activity but do not have a clue how to remove it.
here is the hijactthis log.

i assume it has something to do with the iexplore.exe, IEXPLORE.exe and the appreg70700.exe as these were not here beforehand.
Please can someone assist me in removing this malware?
Thank you in advance.
