Facebook Problem w/ Friends

I have a friend on Facebook who is no longer showing up on my list. Not only that, but it's acting like she simply doesn't exist. I'll type her name into the window and nothing shows up.

I went to her house and she is having the same problem as me. We're both baffled as to how to fix this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
