Facebook biz page photo issues

Hi all.

Please can someone help my small brain... my dad has a little biz page on Facebook, home craft stuff. He would like others to be able to upload their own photos but for some reason they aren’t able to.
I can’t see anything in the settings to change or ‘allow’.
Google isn’t helping much so I’ve come to you guys!

Any help would be great.

I’m using my iPhone to look at his page as an ‘admin’ while he uses a laptop running Firefox which is where we set the page up from.
