Ok I ran out of ink on this dang printer.. went bought another cartridge .. installed it the way the manual said.. and now I get no printing what so ever.. I have no clue what to do and I am having absolute NO luck finding any dang thing on this .. can some one help me with ideas that might work? thank you.. I have some things i need to print out for xmas.. and its totally ticking me off..

The usual stupid question that we always have to ask: Did you take the tape off the cartridge? What happens when you try to print?

thank you but u know what.. i just took it back to staples and even though i was suppose to go through epson. because of the season he exchanged it for me no problems..
