Export User's Info

Trying to help someone who established a User with password and his own Desktop. They want to remove the User, and have everybody use the same Desktop. The OS=WMe.

Is there a way to export the User's eMail addresses, Favorites, Documents and Programs to the Desktop that is accessed by all before removing the User?
