When I click on the blue E on my desktop I can not open explorer and surf the web.No error, just nothing, almost like it is being blocked and I have no pop up blocker. I know the internet is hooked up because AOL IM works...what is wrong???? 
Explorer will not open!

Well I tried and the same thing happens, it does not pop up.Just the hour glass for 20 seconds and then nothing. When I do Ctrl Alt Delete it shows iexplore running, but no page pops up, so there is no way to surf the net? Any other thoughts?
