I have a problem with one of my users. Whenever someone sends him a meeting request it delivers to his mailbox and then fowards out to 6 other people in the company. In his account properties he did have in "grant this permission to:" the 6 accounts in there. But I cleared that out and also cleared out his Outlook permissions. It is still fowarding the meeting request out to everyone, but not his emails. Is there anything else I could check or try??

I know you said you cleared all the permissions, but where did you clear them from? Did you clear them from Tools/Options/Delegates? Sometimes people inadvertently create two levels of permissions - one in the properties of their account and another in Delegates.
