I am having problems with printing a worksheet. Some of the rows of text either do not print or only partially print. I’ve tried various ways of getting round this issue e.g. highlighting the worksheet and then formatting the row with autofit – looks ok on screen but when using print preview or printing the page the formatting problem appears. The only way I can print all text is to manually increase the height of every row.
Any ideas?

Try this: don't highlight anything, and go to File > Page Setup. On the page tab, see if you have the right sized paper. and that the "Fit to" radio button is seleced for "1" high by "1" wide. If that doesn't work, try making it a decima; if If your worksheet is wide, try putting it into Landscape view. See what happens.

email me the document you are trying to print here, if you don't mind me looking at it.
