what does that mean, i am trying to reinstall my windows again cause my computer will not start up anymore, and I have no idea how to fix it. little help?

It sounds like your disk drive is having a problem. I'd suggest you download the disk manufacturer's diagnostic and do a complete diagnostic scan of the drive.
