I have checkd and recheckd the front panel connections, even facing them in both directions on their plugs. Also the CPU fan is plugged in and the Memory only has one orange LED in the middle of probably 16 (2 rows of 8) where there is usually a green one on the top of the rows, but thats only on briefly. The main thing that concerns me is that i turn the power supply on and the computer turns on...i dont even get a chance to push the power button. Also iv noticed a click-wurrr noise coming from the harddrive as if its spinning but not catching the laser.

Everything wont turn off
I just transplanted my computer from a smaller mid-atx case to a larger Thermaltake Tsunami Dream mid-atx case and upgraded the power source from 450 to 650. After attatching everything i plugged it in to the wall, switched the power on in the back and everything inside (the front, back, HD, and vid card fans) as well as the memory LEDs and i cannot shut them off. In addition the CPU fan doesnt fire up and im hoping this is because the CPU isnt being calld upon yet because the computer isnt even supposed to b on. I try holding down the power button and nothing happens, i also tried the restart buttons and again nothing happens. Im not getting anything on my monitor to indicate theres any information getting to it. My friend has the same chassis and he says sometimes he shuts down the computer the case stays lit up and he has to hold down the power button. The computer is an A8N32-SLI Motherboard, AMD FX-55 2.6, 1GB Corsair, GeForce 7600GT, SoundBlaster FX 7.1 and a 250 GB SATA HD with a duel mount fan on its underside. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.
