Try this, boot the system and enter the bios. Watch the voltages in the bios. See if your 12V rail goes up and down. Do this for at least two min.

12V rail is 12.262 all day... 12 minutes so far
CPU core is 1.197 with occasional 1.201
CPU temp steady @ 35°

Rest set my overclock profile to default. Realbench running ( actually Prime 95 did also, but I dont follow what to do with it. Running a 15 minutes stress test, CPU temp holding @ 55°C

CPU core 1.171, steady

You never mentioned the system was overclocked. Returning ALL settings to stock is the very first thing done when troubleshooting.

I thought I did, but the CPU freq was displayed in the screen shots anyways....
Real bench completed. Max temp was 55°, no relort after stress test?

If it runs fine at stock speed, leave it that way. If you want to attempt to overclock, then I would highly recommend doing ALL overclocking settings manually in the bios then testing each change with a stress test.
IMO auto overclocking is less than useless.
