Eudora reply to question

I have someone at work using Eudora. When they reply to a sender, sometimes it includes the original text, sometimes it doesn't. I'm totally new to Eudora. I'm stumped by the randomness (is that a word?) of this problem. Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Bump.

Somebody, anybody? I wouldn't mind at all if this were not fixable, so I can get this lone user off of Eudora and onto Outlook and Exchange like the rest of the place!!
