I first tried resetting the modem which worked after about 5 tries, I then woke up the next day and it went back to "unidentified network" "no network access"
Here are the results from "ipconfig/all" if this helps.

Are you wanting to connect via hardwire? i see your WIFI is pulling an IP address from the gateway. What kind of modem is this, ISP or are you adding a new piece of hardware?
Whats the make and model of the PC? - if it has a service tag number, post that as well
What windows version are you running ?
As mentioned , you appear to be connected to a wifi network
are you using wifi or are you using a cable connection to the modem?
whats the make and model of the modem? - do you have a router separate ? if so , make and model of the router?
Thanks to both of you for replying so fast!!

Turns out my internet provider screwed up something but it has been fixed, if any other problems arise I now know where to go for help :)
