Ethernet Connection no longer working

I recently upgraded from a zotac 1070 to a geforce rtx 3070 vision OC as well as an upgraded power supply. All of the sudden my ethernet connection can no longer be established. I also have no wifi on this pc and am currently using a laptop. I have tried a lot of things I have seen on the internet including resetting the network. I think it is a problem with my drivers I really am not 100%. Does anyone have a fix?

I tried a bunch of different ethernet cables, and also purchased a new one today which doesn't work on the pc. I currently have wifi so I know the internet is good.
Changing the video card shouldn't affect the Ethernet connection. What do you see in Device Manager or Control Panel > Network and Internet > Change Adapter Settings? Do you see your network connections? If so, what IP addresses do you see?

In the device manager when I expand network adapters the Realtek PCIe GbE Family controller does not appear unless I toggle display Hidden devices. I tried to do updates in the system on the driver and it says the update has been completed, but I am not sure because I have no internet.
When I follow those steps on the control panel, no network shows up at all and the network connections file is empty. I have tried to put the driver into this file via usb but I think I failed I just cannot seem to find a fix to this issue.

Easiest workaround, get a USB to ethernet adapter and use this to a get wired internet connection.

This is a suggestion not a recommendation of what you'd be looking to try.
Try opening device manager
Right click on the network adapter and uninstall. If it asks to uninstall the drivers say no.
Reboot and it should reinstall the network card
What motherboard do you have?
Tho OP posted 3 times on Dec. 5th and hasn't returned.
