Hey all...I have a Compaq Presario 5000. It came with an ethernet card already installed and I had it hooked up to another PC . We have cable internet. My PC was acting up so I did recovery disk and now it shows that the ethernet card is there but no driver?? Any suggestions?

There should be a set of drivers that came with the PC or you can go to Compaq's web site and enter your serial or model number to get the correct drivers. Once you install the drivers you still may have to configure the NIC to connect to the internet...default settings should work fine.
