on this laptop (running xp) we are getting an error message whenever we try to host/join a mutiplayer game of diablo II (LOD). the little red bar at the bottom fills up REALLY slowly and i can't get in. the error reads:

HALT Location: , line #414 Expression: Unrecoverable internal error 0bdc057a

any ideas? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to go in the server from the one your hosting on or another? If its from the same computer you may try taking your firewall down. If its from another comp it may the settings in your modem or router...
